Source:

At Source Conversations, we believe in going down to the Source and the Root of issues, whether Personal, Professional, Business or Social.

How long is one to keep looking for temporary, short term solutions to problems?

It costs one time, money, frustration and distraction from building one’s self, one’s business and future. At the same time, time is passing by, while one is running on a tread-mill, assuming progress.

In order to be at internal peace and calm, while engaged 100% in the tumultuous experience that time and space/life is, one needs to be firmly in touch with one’s Self, one’s Source, as a firm foundation. An anchor. It is possible when one is in intimate touch with one’s Source.

That Source is: Awareness, Consciousness, Self-Knowledge and the quality of Thought Process that arises, when one goes all the way down to the Source; including having and generating: Insight.

In an ever fast changing, unpredictable world, people’s, including business’s greatest friend and support will be: having Context, connecting the dots and seeing clearly, knowing themselves and what’s best suited for themselves, staying light and nimble, ready to make the changes again and again, because that’s what it will take.

And, all of the above, is available at Source: Awareness, Consciousness, Context and Thought Process.

In the words of Abraham Lincoln:

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”

“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end, because once you get there, you can move mountains.”
― Steve Jobs

Aren’t these great souls saying: Pause, Question, Think, Proceed? The logo.

It’s all, and only available when one is firmly rooted in Consciousness. Awareness. Self.

Therefore, Source.

Conversations:

Thought and Thinking are words and Conversations with self and others. Ill-defined concepts give rise to futility and wasted resources.

Example: Time Management. In its very wording, it is misleading. Time can’t be managed. It moves on and on. People have given it a false/misleading term (words and conversations) and are running after time, leading to scarcity in time, massive waste in resources and loss of joy in living.

With all the automation, apps, diaries, calendars, time management seminars and work-shops, do people have more or less time than before?   Why? Misguiding definitions are misguiding/misleading Conversations with limited and temporary results.

Another example: leadership is a constant “rarity” in the world and it’s history, why?  Misleading and misguiding definitions of leader and leadership are words and conversations resulting in “assuming rarity”, while one may be sitting on a great pool of people, and have great leadership abilities within one’s self.

Similarly, the concept of “hard-work” is a pointless, frustrating exercise resulting in minimal results and frustration all around; often creating work-life conflicts and unsatisfactory results, financially and otherwise.

Therefore, alter the words/wordings. Redefine the Conversations, and see the amazing results one can produce. Solo, and as a team. Therefore: Conversations.

But, for that, what one needs to do is:

Pause. Question. Think. Proceed: The Logo.

Source Conversations bases all of it’s training and coaching on the above Principles.
